I had issues regarding a payment for necessary textbooks, and the website kept giving issues, first with the basket and then with the checkout procedure. I was pulling my hair out, but decided to call the call centre one last time, before buying from a competitor.
Gail took personal charge of the situation, kept me in the feedback loop constantly and managed to solve my issue within a few short hours.
I am grateful to her for going the extra mile and offering world-class service. I will gladly continue to do business with Kalahari, with service like this.
