Product not delivered

I purchased an item on the 11 December as a Christmas gift and was expecting delivery within 7 working working days. Today is the 29 Jan and I still have not received my parcel. I call the call centre almost every week (sometimes twice) to query delivery, but always get the same response - the item has being dispatched and I should expect delivery soon. I have lost all faith in Kalahari and feel that they full of empty promises. Will think think twice before using them again. I should not have to chase down my purchase every week from Kalahari. I feel robbed and cheated as I do not have what should be rightfully mine.
