Do not open a account with the Foschini group

!! That is what the TFG group is. I bought a Samsung M-620 cellphone from exact! (Vangate mall) & from day one the phone had given me endless problems (freezing, blank screen repeatedly). Time after time I had to return the phone to the store and wait three weeks for the phone to be returned back to me. This continued for almost a year, thereafter I asked for a refund but the area manager said that nothing can be done about it as 'policy' requires the phone to be sent for repairs (Do they think my car drives on water)... I have since then never returned, cancelled my account & advise all account holders to do the same. They are, & do not care about you or me... NB: I have the phone in my office at work & have repeatedly asked these of TFG to help me & just fetch the defective phone, but hey I think they too busy selling more defective Samsung products to poor people out there.
