I bought an item on 11 December for a Christmas gift which when I selected said it would be delivered on 19th, once I had processed the payment it said it would delivered on the 30 which I didn't notice this until when I went to check on the delivery on 18th, I then sent three emails asking for help on this matter on the following few days, I received one automated response saying I should have a reply within 24 to 48 hours, I have still not had any word from anyone, I phoned through a few days after Christmas to find out what is happening to be told I would maybe have delivery in 2 weeks or so, I was advised to cancel the order & start the whole process again for a different item, but this is not what I wanted and they were not accommodating bout the refund that should have been paid 7 working days and hasnt! Now they still have my money and dont respond!
