3 day delivery not met, poor post-sales support

I purchased an item on Kalahari for my husband for our anniversary 29/11/2013.Kalahari indicated a maximum 3 day delivery. After an inquiry I was informed that the item was only expected to be delivered on 23/12/2013 (long after the required date). I responded and said that I had I known this I would not have purchased the item from them. I received NO response to this e-mail. Later I requested that they please change the delivery address to my home address as my work would be closed over the festive period. It was indicated that this change would be made. On 23/12/2013 I called to find out where the parcel was (thinking that at least I would have it in time for Christmas). I was told that the parcel had been delivered to my place of work (even though I had specified otherwise) and that one of the 2500 employees there had signed for it. I asked for the particulars of who signed for it and was told that I'd be called back. NO ONE CALLED. 3 more calls after this and several e-mails. Promises to "call me back" but no one did. It's now 13/01/2014, I still have not received the parcel, the person who apparently signed for it is in India. Kalahari doesn't care, apparently it's my job to find it
