No Delivery

First time customer of Kalahari, Ordered and paid on 03 December for an item that showed as in stock to dispatch within 24hrs (order number #1000990011). Estimated delivery date showed as 6th December which was perfect as the item was intended as a gift for 12 December. Checked parcel tracking info on Friday morning (06.12.2013 07:30:57 The rubber has hit the road - we're on our way). To date, no parcel has been received. i phoned the call centre this morning and was told that i would receive the parcel today before 5pm, Called again at 16h30 and was assured that i would receive the parcel before 6pm. It is now after 6pm and still no sign of any delivery!! This service is absolutely SHOCKING - not to mention embarrassing as i now have to explain why I do not have a birthday gift for a friend. In future, i think i should stick with [URL Removed] Ordered from them yesterday after 5pm and my parcel was dispatched last night and is already en route even though the estimated delivery date was 19 December. Is it too much to ask to get what I've paid for on time???
