All round exceptional service

I use Kalahari regularly and have never had any problems.
However my son used his birthday money to purchase a game a few weeks ago with delivery time of 9 days. He was very disappointed to see on confirmation that his parcel would only arrive on the day we leave on holiday.

I contacted Kalahari call center and spoke to a very helpful gentleman, who found out all the details and contacted me to explain the variables, he would do his best to get the item to us a day or two before the expected delivery date.

To my astonishment the item was delivered yesterday 6 days before the expected date, I wish I could explain to you the joy of my 10 year old.
