Kalahari failing to deliver Chritmas Gifts!

I ordered a christmas gift for my fiance on 25 November 2013. The gift was due to be deliverd on 12 December 2013. However on 12 December there was no sign of the gift and I contacted the call centre in order to enquire about my gift. The call centre agent informed me that the delivery time had changed and that it would be delivered by 18 December 2013. I however failed to receive any email confirmation regarding the new delivery date and phoned the call centre again this time speaking to an alleged manager. The manager assured me that the gift would be delivered by 20 December 2013. However needless to say by the 20th the gift had not been delivered and I was forced to contact the call centre once again! This time the operator indicated to me that the gift had not even been dispatched from their warehouse yet and there was no way that the gift would be delivered to my house by christmas. I then proceeded to speak to an alleged team leader who had no knowledge of any of the aforementioned as none of it was captured on their system. Needless to say it is almost Christmas and I am now forced to go and purchase this gift in store!! Pathetic service by Kalahari I expected so much more!!
