On the 14 October 2012 I took my wedding ring and bands in for sizing up. I went in on the 19 October to collect them, and only 1 of the 3 rings were correctly sized up, and the sandblasted engagement ring was polished fine, which insisted be corrected as well. The assistant then offered to sent it back to the workshop to have them corrected yet again, against my better judgement I agreed. I got an SMS on the 31 October to collect. I went in and what do you know, they were still wrong. The assistant wanted to send it back to the workshop and I refused. Irrespective of the mess up I was still charged R 480 a further R 80' which I was forced to pay. A month later, I noticed that the diamond had fallen off my ring. I have had these rings for the past 11 years and managed to have the ring kept in an excellent condition. After 2 nightmarish visits to the workshop, the diamond falls off. On the 7 November I complained on the NWJ website, the following day I got a reply from Loiuse De Gabriele stating that the complaint was sent to the franchisee for feedback. It is now 3 months later, and I a, yet to receive a call back or any feedback.
