I was with my husband and his friend on Saturday night 12 October 2013 at about 10 30 playing games and when it was finally time to cash in the tickets won the ticketing casher on duty was rude and arrogant! Firstly she took her sweet time to acknowledge that there were customers behind her and than when she finally served my husband and I I asked her a simple question. What can I get for the amount of tickets I have and her respose was "I don't no see what you want to choose " and than she walked away from me and started serving other people
