I purchased my fiancees engagement ring a few months ago at the Menlyn branch in Pretoria. I am really impressed with their professionalism and want to compliment on a beautiful ring and also the excellent service that comes with the ring. We had a look at other rings for the wedding bands at a different Browns branch and our ring was recognized immediately. They also offered to clean the ring and make it shine like new. WOW WOW WOW! I feel very secure about purchasing any jewelry from Browns. The service has been ongoing and I will definitely be back for the wedding bands in the new year of 2014.
