New bed without being ensambled for over a month!

I placed an order for a bed in November 2012 which was delivered towards end of November and was not ensambled due to renovations at my house, about 4 days after delivery I phoned the guys that delivered as they asked me to do so when I'm ready and they promised to come but never pitched, after several unsuccessful calls I paid someone to do it for me. about 3 weeks ago I noticed that the screws were lose and the bed was not level, therefore couldn't sleep on it anymore so I phoned Home Choice because I did not have the means or tools to tighten the screws and I wanted to make sure it was done right this time by a proffessional but till today, Home Choice has no contacted me. I have phoned in about 5 times with bad attitude from Babra! The last call was with Michael who was extremely friendly and understanding but he disappointed me as well as he promised he would send my query through. My first instalment is due end Feb and I don't think it is fair for me to pay for a bed that I am not even using. I am currently using a borrowed bed, yet home choice will expect me to pay their money for the I have in my room taking up space for nothing. Please advice!! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
