Terrible poor service-Insurance claim

I bought a handset from home choice/ Fone choice during the August 2012 which never worked and I was advised to return it which I did on the 04 October 2012. I was then told that the phone had a physical damage and I need to claim insurance with Fin Choice. Since last year to date I have been sent from Peter to Paul between the Fin choice insurance and the home choice. Currently the insurance advised that they need a damage report from Home choice stating the damage on the phone. Yet home choice said i must write my own report and give it to the insurance. Apparently a report was submitted by home choice but the insurance (Fin choice) has not received the report as yet. I am battling without a phone i have been with home choice for the past /-15 years i am feed-up with HOME CHOICE/ FONE CHOICE
