I placed an order on the 28th of November for Swanley dream bedroom set - Queen - Brown. When I placed the order I was told that it will take up to 4 weeks for delivery which I accepted. I phoned on the 23rd of December at 08:34 and I spoke to Ngwekazi and I was informed by her that the order was dispatched on the 17th of December and that I should receive my order within 14 days. She did not give me an idea exactly when and refused to give me any details of the delivery company in order for me to confirm more or less when I could expect my goods. I told her that I have ordered more than once from Home choice and their delivery company never phones in advance to arrange a delivery date with me. I was told that there is nothing more she can do for me and she will log a complaint and they will get back to me. I have not heard from them. I then phoned again later that afternoon at 13:30 and I spoke to Lynette and she then told me the order was dispatched on the 18th of December and that I can expect my goods at any time now. No further help as well. I phoned again on the 30th of December and I spoke to Imtiyaas at 12:30 and again I was given a different date on when my order was dispatch
