I purchased a Comforter set from home choice on the 30th October 2013. I paid cash. 2 weeks later i get my parcel, but they sent me a Duvet set instead of the Comforter. So they arranged that the courier collect, which they did on the 12th November. They said it would take a couple of weeks for the return and the credit to take place. So I then paid again to spead up delivery of the comforter set and i would get the credit back a bit later. I asked them to please send it with urgency as i was moving and needed it for the bedroom. When I phone them on the 25th November. I was told that they don't have stock and that i would only get it in January 2014. I cancelled everything with them and was assured of my refund straight away. today is the 29th November, and i am still waiting for my refund. The total that they now owe me is just on R 7000.00.
i have phoned again wanting to speak to the supervisor?? but got cut off 4 times. I have a promise of this person Rochelle Frans to phone me back. I just don't know what i am to do next. There is just now way of speaking to anyone of authority there. i am so angry.
