I placed an order for a few items including a fan on the 5th December 2013. Delivery was scheduled for 30th December which was already quite a wait but when I hadn't received a tracking reference by the 7th January, I emailed them to find out what was happening. I was then informed that my order was cancelled due to them being unable to source stock. Meanwhile the item still showed as available on their website.

I responded that I found this quite shocking as I had to make the effort to enquire where my order was. In the meantime, I could have bought a similar fan from any other supplier in the country. And how is it that they cannot source any of the items in my order even though the candles must surely come from a different supplier? Seems like a convenient way to hold onto my money for over a month for absolutely no reason. I have received no response to my complaint either. Very disappointed!
