I was excited to order a brand new Kenwood Titanium Chef on 5 December 2013 and immediately made payment via EFT. I received confirmation of my order and was informed that I could expect delivery on 30 December. Shortly afterwards, however, Kalahari updated the website to indicate that the delivery date had changed to 31 December. On 31 December I called their offices to check what was happening with delivery. They had no idea where the delivery was and promised to check and let me know.By 6 January 2014 I still had heard nothing from Kalahari (despite having telephoned their offices on 4 January and being promised that they would look into the matter and would definitely call me back on 6 January). I sent them yet another email on 6 January 2014 stating the facts and once again asked what was going on. I've just received an email from Kalahari indicating that my order has been cancelled. I don't want my order cancelled. I want them to honour the sale - they took my money on 5 December 2014 and I don't have the Kenwood Chef. How can they sell something they don't have and cannot get hold of? I'm so upset and I won't be dealing with Kalahari again after this experience.
