NO REASON FOR MY DELAYED DELIVERY

My order was placed on 2 December 2013, three items, valued at R900.00 I was emailed an invoice saying my expected delivery time was 13 December 2013.

Today I received the following: We're really sorry to have to send you this mail, but we're afraid that there's going to be a slight delay on your order. At this point we're looking to have your order with you on

Estimated delivery date: 20 December 2013

If you ordered several items at once, it may just be one of your items which is holding up dispatch. So if you need something in your order quite urgently, then give us a call on 0861 52 52 42, and we'll arrange to send what's ready so long.

THESE ARE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS, WHY IS IT DELAYED? AND IF THIS WAS THE CASE WHY NOT INFORM ME TO BEGIN WITH SO COULD MAKE A DECISION WHERE TO PURCHASE FROM.
