Terrible Service Yet Again!!

I have placed 3 separate orders with [URL Removed] in the last month (to the value of over R4000) & I've had problems with each order. The 1st order took far longer than the guaranteed time to be delivered (delivery took 3 weeks). Further, I had an old delivery address on the system, which I only realised after I'd placed the order. I phoned the call centre &was informed that I either had to wait for notification that the parcel had been despatched &immediately call to change the delivery address or cancel the entire order, amend my details & re-order (and wait days to be reimbursed). In regard to the 2nd order, I was informed that the package was split due to Kalahari having difficulty sourcing 1 of the items (why is it on its website then?!) I have now been informed that 1 of the items is available for collection from a warehouse (not in my area) when I requested courier delivery & the other item has still not been received by Kalahari. The items of my 3rd order are "on hold pending clearance". I placed & paid for my 2nd & 3rd orders on 25 November 2013. Every time I have phoned the call centre, the representatives have been absolutely unhelpful in their utter lack of knowledge
