I placed an order on the 15th of december for 3 items to replace an item that went on backorder in a previous order, its now the 2nd of february and i'm still waiting for 2 items.

It appears that mere days before the expected delivery date, which was the 28th of january, they inform me the supplier has no stock, when i asked about the other item that should have already arrived but hadn't then i get an email telling me that item is also now on backorder, shouldn't i have been told about that item first! exactly what was going on from the 15th till the 28th! Someone should have known sooner.

I was then told that the items are still available, which is why they still reflected as such on the site, but the supplier doesn't hold as much stock as they used to. It now turns out the 1 item has been removed from the site, the other reflects as out of stock, and i can't get a straight answer as to when i can expect the items,
it just seems like excuses are made to placate me.

I've had nothing but issues with my christmas orders and i'm frustrated and tired of waiting.
