Groupon leaves a bad taste in my mouth!

I placed an order and paid for a set of Knives advertised on the Groupon Website on 19 Feb 2013. The details state "allow up to four weeks for delivery". When I emailed Groupon on 7 March to query the non-delivery, I received a response they apologised and said that the item has now been sent - no reason as to what the problem was.

I have also ordered and paid for another item on 4 March and on 6 March I sent an email to cancel the order. I received a reply that the order has already been placed (not sent for delivery) and only once delivery has taken place can I return the order and I will be refunded. it is MORE THAN 3 WEEKS and I still have not received the item - I fail to understand why Groupon could not have contacted the supplier and cancelled the order when I requested it. I sincerely hope that I am not going to have to pay for the item to be returned when the order could have been cancelled. The website stated that I have 7 days in which to cancel my order.

February was the first time I placed an order and paid for items and I will never, I repeat NEVER make use of your services again and I will tell everyone I know about the bad service!
