No response and no delivery

Pre ordered a game online on the 30th October via their new "Android app". I then checked the order online a bit later on my home pc, and noticed the delivery address was my home address, which I didn't want. It seems like this new system reverted everything to default (as my default delivery address was ALWAYS work).

Seeing as it was a pre order I thought it shouldn't be a problem to change the address to my work as I know NO ONE will be home on that particular day. I contacted support, they said I must email them as soon as the dispatch notice came through. Dispatch notice came through on the 21st Nov, sent a email IMMEDIATELY. Still no reply and no game.. Please can the courier be contacted and the game delivered to my work ASAP!? So much for pre ordering, could just head over to a game retailer and pick up the game yesterday with NO HASSLE, or worser yet, pirate the game.

This is the second time I have had a problem with Kalahari support (basically being non existent). It seems like the only decent support team over their is on Hellopeter, hence this report. Thanks
