Went to jet jabulani mall to buy schools shoes for my niece with my mothers account because she is sick and not mobile, i had her id book, mine as well and a letter that authorises me to do so, i had started at edgars initially, then they referred me to Jet stating that they couldn't do it, when i got to jet i told them i was referred to them by edgars, the manager by the name of Faziel failed to explain to why they couldn't as i had all the documents instead he was quick to give head office's number and left me standing like a fool, it's people like him that calls themselves manages yet they lack people's skill and customer's service skills. i think he go back and learn how to treat the same people that pays his salary.
