Horrendous, Appalling, Abysmal, Dreadful Service

I pruchased a PS3 game, order no 1000491585 on 15 October, expected delivery date 16 October. My delivery address contained explicit details of contact number and persons when the package was being delivered. Called the support centre and they promised to deliver 17 October. The courier guy called me instead of person on delivery address when he arrived. I then asked him to wait 5minutes for me to ensure someone receives package;he loses his temper and tells me he doesnt have time for my requests, he has other things to do. he doesnt work for Kalahari and does care whose details I wrote on the billing form. I called the support centre again who told me that they will address it and that the policy states that the courier company must attempt at 3 times if they were not able to deliver. Package did not come, I wrote another email to alert Kalahari. The money that I have spent so far calling Kalahari for a product that I have already paid for feels like. It's 18 October and the product that promises 24hours delivery has not arrived. I would like my money back, this product which was meant to be a gift has missed its date. Appalling service from you and from your partners/network.
