WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

It has now been nearly a MONTH since I placed the order and I have still not received the product I ordered and paid for. This notwithstanding the fact that the product was listed as "IN STOCK" when I placed the order.

It has further been nearly two weeks since I lodged my initial complaint and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED the courtesy of a reply or ANY FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER other than automated replies every time I send another follow up email.

Last week I received a call from DHL and subsequently had a very rude delivery person show up at my office to pick up the incorrect product that was delivered without having heard ANYTHING from Easionline. I still don't know when I will be receiving the correct product.

This is BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had with any retailer of any kind.

It now appears as though the website has been closed down as well. My money is probably going to disappear with this sinking ship.
