Item marked for R1095 and when scanned R1995

I saw a watch for the price of R1099, clearly marked and as I am ready to pay at the till I was told its R1995. The lady at the till phoned her manager Phumzile and after making me stand at the till for 15 minutes while the continued to chat in her own language, me as a customer not understanding a single word. Once she finally finished with her call, she rudely advised me that is not the price and they are willing to offer us a 10% discount. I was not impressed by the service I received from the lady at the till and majority of the major retailers adopt the idea that what price you see clearly marked is what you pay. Totally disappointed by the service received.
