Very very bad service

Hi I all ways buy my shopping from pick and pay.
2 to 3 weeks ago I was at the pick and pay to buy something I went to the till to pay for it 2 ladies was their one was at the cash till and other was standing as soon I go towards them they told me that this till is closed I said OK then went to out side till to pay and while I was standing in Que I saw same till served the customer so I ask them you were closed but u serving the customer as soon I said that they both walked away after serving there customer I was very upset call for the manger lady came told here every thing she said she will handle I receive call rikki left the message for me if I come to store I must see him so I went there ask for him he was off that day so I left the message with the same lady and no call after that this is not acceptable service
very very bad service shame on u pick & pay very upset.
