Terrible Manager's Skills

First time in my life I had such bad experience, worst experience of bad service ever from a
'Manager". Attitude!!! I went to buy a chair wich was marked R99 if fact all chairs were marked the same does'nt matter the colour - all the same price. When I got to the till, the chair were R149 - obviously I queried it as the price marked on the shelf were not the same. So .. I called for the manager as I want to pay the price on the shelf, I personnaly took her to the shelf to show her. She stated if the barcode scanned R149 I will pay R149 and that's it. So I asked for her manager as I believe that if the price is incorrect on shelf they must give you the item for that price even if it's incorrect. She told me she's the manager and refused to call someone else. This so called "manager" have no personal or communication skills with the customer and is in the wrong position. I was standing and waiting for almost an half an hour at the till before anybody assist me. I refused to buy the chair and left. Never in my life I had such terrible service. Won't advice any one to buy from that specific Branch, I will never go to that Pick and Pay ever again.
