ARROGANT ZARA MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED

I went there on Saturday and reserved 3 items for collection on Sunday.
Drove out from the East Rand especially to pick them up and get told at the till by the manager in question that "it is marked at the wrong price so we would like you to pay the full price for it, but if you insist we will give it to you at the marked price". Obviously I said that Im not paying the full price.
I then ask the Teller whether she would pay the full price for the item & ask her to confirm that the store policy is that if the item is marked at an incorrect price, then the item is given to the customer at that price. She confirms.

Then the manger says if I pay the reduced price, someone marked it wrong & will lose their job & how would I feel about that. I said "the price is marked as that. That is what I'm going to pay for it." (whilst thinking if you want to threaten unfair dismissals to your staff, I will happily represent them at the CCMA on a Pro Bono basis as you are a horrific boss to ever even threaten this)

Then the original offer now becomes if you don't pay the full price then leave this store with nothing. So I left. What sort of service is this? I pray he loses his job for this.
