I would like to bring to everyone's attention the pathetic customer service i received from your South African Billabong/Nixon Brand Manager. after sending in my ELITE CLASS Nixon Magnacon watch due to chips within 6 months of purchasing, i received notification 4 weeks later that it was wear n tear.

I Subsequently called Mickey Lindsay Brand Manager for Billabong/Nixon who made no mistake in laying blame on myself for the chips (which i accept) in a abrupt and rude manner saying things like, "did i tell you to buy a Nixon" "maybe you should stick to knock offs if they last longer" (in response to me saying i had a knock off watch older than the Nixon which has not chipped) you could be a Ninja for all i know, who knows what you did with the watch" "Have you read your warranty"

He made no mistake in laying into myself the customer for the damage to the watch in a insulting and patronizing manner.

A pathetic way of dealing with a customer, and he calls himself a "BRAND MANAGER"

He couldn't care less about the manner in which he deals with customers. at one stage the called got dropped and he never bothered to call back or remember what he said when the call dropped.

Pathetic!
