Pathetic refund process

On the 04.11.2013 I attempted to make a purchase of a watch (nixon unit 40watch) which was on special. Unfortunately when performing EFT for the watch I made an error of writing a wrong reference number, actually I wrote my own reference number which I quoted as '40 Time' instead of writing the order number as quoted above, in place of my own bank account ref number I then wrote the order number as above which was actually vise versa..I then realized about 3 days later when realizing that there's no progress in my order and notified style 36 and since the requested watch was then out of stock I then demanded cash refund..They requested me to send my bank statement which I did send several times to them by email. On receipt of statement all they did was to promise me that my payment was processed and will reflect in 3 days which is now overdue. On Friday to my surprise their courier called me telling me that they're supposed to collect a parcel from me to style 36 which I never received since my order was never processed. All I want is my money..reality is, style36 is selling stylish stuff..but their staff is incompetent their administrative work with clients
