Law abiding citizen treated like a criminal

My account was opened and approved at Edgar's by an agent in the store in Nov.2013.I had went to buy some clothes almost reached limit on a Sunday afternoon. someone had called me from a private number claiming to be from edcon asking for my id number on a late Sunday afternoon, I had not given it due I had not known whom it was. When I had went back to the branch a few days later to exchange some stuff, im told that my acc was blocked. The agent at the store had called them, they wanted me to provide them with documents? After this was approved now they are asking? I was not asking for a credit increase. I had advise the agent to tell the agent who was on the phone that I was not going 2 pay the account until this has been sorted and I will not provide them with m documents after they had already granted me credit. Today HR received a call from a guy named Kenneth, claims to be from Joshua Doore but later says he is from Edcon? the Charmaine who apparently doesn't have a superior had merely threatened to blacklist me & thisdefamation of character and I am being wrongfully accused for them not asking for docs when the approved it? The acc is still blocked. Im treated like a criminal.
