BAD QUALITY

I would just like to let billabong know that the quality over the years have really changed,

About three months ago I purchaced a beautiful or so I thought billabong hand bag but alas it seems to have been really bad quality as it has started peeling and inside has torn.
I am shocked as I expect good quality as I only ever purchase billabong my purse has lasted me over 3 years but my hand bag is horrible.

I was always told you get what you pay for and really I'm shocked.
If I had know the qualiy had dropped so badly I would have changed my brand and worst of all that spending what I did on my hand bag to start peeling.
This is not the quality of billabong I am use to.
When I went. Back to the store they really where not worried, and said there is nothing they can do.

I'm really upset and disturbed.
