Third Strike with bad service

This is the 3rd incident of bad service I have experienced at Pick n Pay Pinelands within the Last 4 months. Today with 8 items in my cart i asked at the customer care counter if I could pay there as there were only 2 cashiers at the 10 items or less and quite a long queue, I was told yes, then when they saw my basket I was told they can only do 3 items or less. Previously @ the 10 items and under queue the one cashier just walked off. This after announcing she has no cash. When i said i want to swipe she helped the lady ahead of me, then left. And on another occasion 2 staff members were arguing loudly in an aisle, to the point where i did not want to go down that lane. This really needs to be addressed.
