A partial refund is unacceptable

This is a follow up complaint to my initial one posted last week: https:///incredible-connection/complaints/refund-needed-for-debit-order-1288145. We were pleased to receive email correspondence from your financial services stating that a refund for the debit order amount would be processed (R648). To my complete shock, my wife then received a phone call from Incredible connection that afternoon and was told that only a partial refund of R200 odd would be granted due to a finance charge (which is ridiculous - this debit order shouldn't even have ran off in the first place as the payment was made by the 21st just as your financial services had requested). After arguing with the lady, my wife was told to take up the matter with the Westrand crossing branch. She then asked that a manager/supervisor phone her back to discuss this, and to date no one has contacted her. This is a very poor way to treat a customer who has financed her second high value Apple product through Incredible Connection. Clearly you have no interest in keeping us as customers then?
