Unacceptable service from Woolworths staff

At approximately 345PM I was shopping at Woolworths in Fourways Mall. I had a basket with a few items and went to the Express till; there were no other customers at this point in any queue. The other cashiers were busy with the current customers, and Philemon was sitting twiddling his thumbs. When I emptied my basket, he rudely pointed that out that I had more than 10 items, and refused to serve me. I would accept this if there were people in a queue, but the lines were empty. Philemon was the only cashier immediately available, and refused to serve me. In retrospect, I should have complained immediatley to the branch manager, but was in a hurry, and did not do so.
