Was at the above store this morning at about 09:30. The store had a Sale. After choosing my items, I looked for a till point. The upstairs till point, near the cosmetic section, had a queue of 11 people with only TWO cashiers. I walked away and thought that the till point near the sunglasses counter would be opened. However this was closed. I the went downstairs and found another long queue, this time with only ONE cashier. I left my queue to ask for the manager. After a wait of about 5 minutes, I asked him what was going on with the cashiers. He had the audacity to tell me that I should understand that his cashiers had not reported for duty. I told him that should not be my problem and that he as manager should have a plan in place for that, and that this was of no concern to me, the customer. I ad to join the queue again.. I had a R500 gift card for my purchases. The cashier told me that they were off line and that I could not use my gift card. I was exteremely frustrated at this point and left the articles and walked out of the store. Edgars, your service stinks. I have doubts whether I want to shop with you again. I was so excited my purchase, however Ihad to leave them behind
