Cashier's Horrible attitude

On Sunday 20 April 2013 (14:38pm) my mother and I went to shop at Pick n Pay Melkbos. Our items were less than 10 each and we went to pay at the 10items counter. Our items were in a trolley. The cashier, Me Charlene Bosman mentioned that it's a 10 items till and my mother replied that she knows and her items are less. While packing it out, the cashier asked again in a very sarcastic tone whether it is 10 items. My mother replied 9 and during that time I could see that my mother has become very angry at this cashier. She did not even greet, nor was she approachable in any way. My mother had to pack her own items into a bag and that I felt was more than just being unprofessional. We wanted to see the manager but had another appointment causing us to be in a hurry and not pay attention to that rude, unprofessional cashier. We are regular customers at that shop but I personally would never go there again.
