No cash refunded

Bought a new top Friday 27/12/2013 for R399.00 didn't try on as the shop was very busy. Top didn't fit so tried to return it on Saturday morning. I was only given a speed point slip - NO TILL SLIP. Annie could reprint a copy of the sale and it tied up perfectly with my speed point slip including the time, but she refused point blank to refund me cash. I returned the top in the exact condition, even in the tissue paper provided. As i am not a regular customer at Forever new (because of my age) there was nothing i wanted in return. Please can you assist me.
