Fica docs sent more than 7 times with no action

My first e-mail to [Email Removed] with all the required documents was sent on the 15th August 2012, thereafter again 27/08, 04/10, 08/10, 22/10 (4 times) and again today. I have 5 read receipts from [Email Removed] 1 reply from Augustinus Mmatli who instructed Lerato Marwane to assist with my query and STILL my account is not fica'd. Today I received a threatening sms that my account will be blocked on the 10th Feb due to not Fica'ing it. Today I'm told by a call centre agent to send my 8th e-mail to Lerato AGAIN? I shouldn't have to go through this when I submitted my documents timeously, not once, not twice but 8 times in total! How do people get employed and get paid a salary when they don't do what they're paid for and the obliging customer must sit with this nonsense and risk having their account blocked due to incompetence from Edcon employees? If the department were incapable of handling the volume then Edgars should never have advertised an e-mail address to send our FICA documents to in the first place!
