I, D Kistensamy, has had my Edgars Account for 12yrs & lately i have been experiencing very bad customer service. My account is always up to date with my monthly instalment, being paid between the 25th to 1st of each month end. 10 of October 2013, I received an sms, to say that Transunion has registered my Edcon account into Credit Bureau, as a slow payer. This is the first time in my entire life that my Name has been put on the Credit Bureau for a payment that is late for 3days. I was not called by any of their Debt collectors, asking me why i did not make payment, or called to advise me that i was going to be registered in Credit Bureau. I did sent through a email to [Email Removed] stating that i am going to be late with my payment & will make payment as soon as possible, around the 14 to 15 October 2013. I then called the customer service on the eveing of the 10th, & as usual, no agent can explain their credit standards and policies & had no reason as to why i was put onto credit Bureau. He was only interested as to when i was going to make payment. I am very dissappointed and embrassed in the manner that i was treated. Now i have a bad credit rating, due to Edcon.
