On the 24th of Dec 2013 i purchased items online at [URL Removed] and made payment. after the order was cancelled i then contacted the call center to ask why and we found that i got the amount wrong with the payment. They then advised that i should send them proof of payment which i did so they can refund me with a voucher. i have not heard back from them since 2 Jan 2014 no replies to my emails or follow up emails.
Very disappointed in the customer service im getting here, its very frustrating!!!
