On 29/11/2012 I placed my first order via the web and paid in full. On 19/12/2012 I did a follow up and no order or any details thereof could be found. 3 emails to various people and 3 calls to different people and no help. On 03/01/2013 my account number was confirmed, but still no items on order could be found. On 13/01/2013 still the same. Various emails send again. On 16/01/2013 I was promised the world since they have realised their mistake. They couldn't supply all items since they were now out of stock, but my account will have a credit for future purchases. On 03/02/2013 my order was cancelled due to non-payment and suddenly they can't find the payment made by me on 29/11/2012. I have requested a closing of my account and a refund.
