I ordered and paid goods on 2 February 2014. When I checked my order online on 4 February it stated I haven't paid. I emailed the support email with a proof of payment. After no response all day I made a call to the call center. She also asked me for proof of payment. On 6 February I received an automated email that I still haven't paid the order. Again I sent the proof of payment and I called the call center. He asked me to send the proof of payment to him again and that email was sent twice due to technical reasons. He promised the accounts department would get the payment traced that day.

On 7 February, 5 working days since I ordered and paid, still nothing was done. I called the call center again and again they asked if I had sent the proof of payment.

Unacceptable!!! Not only have I sent it a total of 5 times in 3 days, I also spent over R50 on phone calls to the call center. My bank can't reverse the payment until [URL Removed] responds to the request to do so!
