We have bought a 42 Inch Sansui Plasma TV from Hi-Fi Corporation at the Mall@Carnival and also bought the extended warranty. After a few weeks the TV switched on but only had sound but no picture, I took it back to the store and they said I must take it back home and they will collect it. We contacted their customer care and they collected the TV for repairs after about two weeks. Within a month the TV did exactly the same and was again sent in for repairs after numerous calls and promises that they would collect it. The problem still persists after two "repair sessions" and on the 16th of December I sent an email through their website to complain about the problem again, I received a reply to say that someone would contact me but have heard nothing from them since then. I again sent an email today 08 January 2014 to complain about their lack of response and to request a replacement or refund.
