I recently ordered items on-line. I elected to make payments via EFT, when I made my payment, I was told my order was cancelled as a result of late payment; I paid a few days after the maximum days allowed. I then phoned to follow up on my order. Sinazo on the 02 - 05 - 2013 answered my call and explained the above.
She then advised that I need to send her the proof of payment so that they credit my account so that I can make a new order. On the 03-05-2013 I then emailed the proof of payment, when I phoned I then spoke to Given as Sinazo was unable to take my call. I explained the entire story again and then copied her also on the email with the proof of payment. I was then told I will receive a call or an email to rectify the issue within 2 days. It is the 10th today, no call, no email; I sent a follow up email. I made things simple and re-ordered new items. Can I please get a call or email to update me on the progress of the transfer please?

I needed the Items last week and this is dragging. Unlike kalahari.

I enjoy shopping at kalahari and I want to keep it that way.
