Payment for order not captured

I made an order * Order # 10654219938) on 28 January 2014 and made payment immediately via EFT. They status hasnt changed yet and its strill awaiting payment. I called Mr Price and spoke to Charles Mthethwa who asked that I forward him proof of the payment, which I did on 30th January 2014. I followed up with him on Friday and assured me that he has forwarded the proof of payment to the person who deals with payment and it will be resolved soon on Friday as hes busy working with payments. The weekend has come and gone and still nothing has been done or has this issue been sorted out. I sent |Charles another email this morning to follow up and he is yet to respond. I have encountered issues with Mr Price online before and this has really convinced me not to do business with you again. I just want this order cancelled and my money returned. Its unacceptable that I have to wait 6 days for my payment to be captured.
