False empty promises

My boyfriend which would now be fiance, got a ring for me wway before Christmas and was promised by 26th he will get it. He didn't, they neglected to tell him they will be closed. He follows up 27th, gets told to come back later, he does and still no ring. He goes back everyday till now he's told to come back next day.just went now n was told it will only be there on de 2nd of Jan, @this point I don't even want to be engaged anymore. The staff at American Swiss Parys are dishonest n keep misleading their clients.in the process ruining people's lives.
