Pathetic attitude

Bought a battery marked R27, 99 on the shelf when I got to the till it scanned R49, 99 when I pointed out the discrepancy to the cashier (Racia) I was rudely told it is customers who misplace stock, then I asked for a manager, Elina was called & in the same checky manner Elina says to me she will 'never' give me the price as marked on the shelf (no apology) & walks away then I asked for senior manager, William was called before he could speak to me Elina intercepted William behind my back & tried to convince him not to give in to my demands then William walked way but came back when he saw I was going no where & did a price change. What is hurtful is that there was no shelf ticketing for R49, 99 any where else on the battery stand. That is the service I got from Spar vorna valley staff on Christmas day
