Wrongly priced on shelves

I am extremely disgusted with the service im getting at Bluewater Bay Spar. I took 3 of the mega smarties which according to the shelve was marked at 13.99. When I got to the till it scanned as 21.99, I told them that they cant put a price on the shelf and then expect the customers to pay a different price when they get to the till. But still they wanted me to pay the price that they scanned it at. I was extremely unhappy so I paid it, got home and phoned Spar customer care and reported it. Also according to the lady at Spar customer care i was supposed to pay the price on the shelf because the fault is theirs not mine, the area manager was supposed to phone me but since now I haven't heard anything and it happened last week. Im very unsatisfied with the service at Bluewater Bay Superspar and as many people I know will refrain from shopping there again and rather do our shopping at Newton Park Superspar which is 5-star. Friendly service and a big variety of products.
